Bio:
Image analysis session will be leaded by Amin Allalou, PhD, a researcher at the Department of Information Technology, (Vi3; Image Analysis) and BioImage Informatics facility (BIIF) at SciLifeLab.
His research is focused on developing image analysis and machine learning algorithms for biomedical applications, with a special focus on zebrafish image data.

Workshop:
The aim of the workshop is to provide you with an overview of imaging techniques and analysis methods that we can provide. The workshop will be interactive with a short initial presentation followed by an open discussion based on your imaging, quantification, and phenotyping research questions.
