Incidents

Incident reporting is one part of the systematic working environment work at the department. By reporting, following up and taking action after an incident, we can take preventative measures in the woking environment. More information is available here. 

Report incidents by filling out at form together with the safety officer and send it to the Head of the department. Link to the form.
